Like I said, it could be any DB-type file necessary to accomplish the task.

There's zero doubt it's telling you the problem.

There could be a pathing error accessing the DB.

You're referencing the server to open the DB. That's why the error # is so high. The server may not be configured to permit the agent to "loopback" into it.

The server may not be able to resolve its own name -- although this normally results in another error, in obscure cases it could result in this one.

The template you're using could be corrupt or otherwise inaccessible.

The NAB could be corrupt.

The NAB may be remote from your server and be inaccessible.

Your agent is running in a DB. Do you ever reference that DB in your code?

The NAB, template, and DB are all Notes applications. So any of them could cause the issue.
